1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts concluded between Blazed Outfitters (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) via the Seller’s online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when the Customer places the desired product in the shopping cart and completes the order process. By submitting the order, the Customer makes a binding declaration to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

The Seller confirms receipt of the order via email. However, this order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the contract offer. The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject the order at its discretion.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (§ 13 BGB).

Withdrawal Instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

(for example, by sending a letter by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than thirty days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of thirty days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4. Prices & Payment Terms

The prices stated are total prices and do not include VAT, as we apply the small business regulation. Additional shipping costs may apply, which will be displayed separately in the shopping cart and at checkout.

The purchase price is due upon ordering. The Customer may choose from various payment methods offered in the Seller’s online shop.

5. Delivery & Shipping

The delivery time is generally 2-3 business days from receipt of the order. The Seller is entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the Customer.

The shipping costs within Germany are a flat €0. For orders over €200, we also offer free shipping across Europe.
